What is the return policy?

Because each item is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us right away! We’re always happy to work with you to make things right.

When will I get my order?

All orders begin production the Sunday following your purchase. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday, it will enter production the upcoming Sunday. Production and fulfillment typically take 10–14 days before shipping. Local pickup is available in Westerly, RI. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every product is handmade by me in Rhode Island. As a woman-owned small business, I take pride in personally overseeing every detail, from design to production, to ensure your order is crafted with care and quality.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is “digitizing” in embroidery?

Digitizing is the process of turning your design, logo, or artwork into a special stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. This isn’t just uploading an image—it tells the machine exactly how to stitch the design, including the stitch type, direction, and order, so your embroidery comes out crisp and professional.

Because embroidery looks different depending on placement, each size or location usually requires its own digitized file. For example, a hat design is digitized differently than a pocket logo or a full-size design on the back of a sweatshirt. This ensures the stitches run correctly for the fabric, space, and shape of the item.

Digitizing is a one-time setup per design version, and once completed, that file can be reused anytime for future orders on that same type of item.
